Civil Engg. – Mission, PEO’s and PSO’s

Departmental Mission :-

  1. To make the department a centre of excellence in the field of Civil Engineering and achieve ISO certification.
  2. To establish the department as a certified training centre in certain core areas of Civil Engineering.
  3. To establish Industry- Institute interaction so that the students get plenty of Job opportunities.

PEO’s :-

  1. The Students will be able to pursue opportunities for higher studies, demonstrate           leadership skill & engage in lifelong learning by active participation in Civil Engineering.
  2. Students will build up professional skills that prepare them for direct employment in Civil Engineering discipline.
  3. To develop ability to assess the design & perform experiments in the discipline and to acquire the ability to interpret & evaluate experimental results.

PSO’s :-

  1. The technocrats will have the ability to plan analysis & maintain cost effective civil engineering structures by using natural resources economically.
  2. The technocrats will develop the ability of a good surveyor.
  3. Function as a consultant for design/Testing in the branch of Civil Engineering.
